:woohoo: I have a friend in the family that has a xorox and I went over to check it out and the thing was in error u4 or u4f something to that and I replaced the thermofuse. A quick mod , but do not know how to reset fuser lock code after fuser shuts down. If someone has the walk through that would be great thanks.

I called and the models is a 5334, I have intrvia books, but there seems to be a step thats not in the book, I do thank you for this

hello mr. bill, try this. power on while holding \"0\" to get into diags. press \"routines\" tab on touchscreen. enter \"20\", \"print\", \"3\", \"print\", \"0\", \"print\". the display should show \"dn\" for done.
