Xerox workcentre pro 55 (gets stuck on 75% when network booting up)

When machine is booting up, on the display it go's 25% -50% but it stays stuck on 75% printing network... any help will be appreciated.

Wow, how can I get a hold of the firmware? I would need install instructions as well?

I think you need PWS for software reload

Yes you need a PWS to install

try taking a small flathead screw driver and pull out the ess and press in all connections in the rear of the ess board. from factory some come loose. other that that if you have a spare lvps i would try swapping that to rule it out.

I have the same issue and iam a novice so what is PWS and what is ESS??

and how can i get the software needed to reinstall and how do i do it please help me ASAP
