    Xerox 5675 Public Address Book Import Problems

    when we create the public address book for the client in excel and save it as a CSV, both windows or dos CSV it does not import it. It says it can't import the mapping correctly. I have done this on numerous other workcentres without a problem. Any ideas what is happening?

    I tried upgrading FW and it won't let me upgrade past 21.113.02. It says the firmware is not for this device.

    I have 2 email addresses in the machine and can't even back them up to look at the file or map them out to see if there is something I am missing.

    Hi,

    The CSV downloaded from the machine shouldn't be opened with excel.
    Excel tend to change the layout of the csv. It's better to use notepad instead,.

      We can't "download" the address book at all. Only make a new one and upload. When it does even take the new one it only takes the first 2 entries!
