[CQ] Xerox WC 255. black bonding

Hi Guys.

I have problem in drum cart. WC 255f.
about 50.000-70.000 print after new drum cart. changing, black bonding with fault code 9-60 (HVPS fault) apear. I wash all charge scorotron parts and it work for about 50.000 print and the fault comeback again.
I reduce the charge& gride NVM value and it come better.
I want to know, is there a way for wash out this fault?
