    5675 Can't Upgrade Firmware

When we try to upgrade the firmware level for the client it either says "failed" or it says "this software is not for this machine". Any ideas? Toasted HDD?

Machine works fine other than we can't add more than 2 email addresses on the public address book.

    Thanks

It has 21.113, can't get it to go up from there or even reload current level. Very strange. The reason we want to reload/upgrade is that the csv for email addresses won't upload more than 2 names and it always says it failed from the Centreware screen.

      Any ideas?

Yes you may do an altboot. The last version of firmware is 21.113.02.091
This version of firmware has many improvements.

Look for COM. Number one is the best.

                            Com port must be 1
