I tried to do the download system, but occur an error (16-742) it's a wrong firmware code, but no there others firmwares on the gsn site. Some idea?

I tried change it, but didn't resolv. I tried to change the nvm 616-094, but I didn't access too. It's a information on gsn " incompatible toner cartridge", and it say " Enter Diagnostics on the UI ( * # stop )" , what is it? Other way to enter in dianostic mode? I use " 0 and print", I didn't know other way.

Ok, if I replace the NVM by someone from another region, I change this values? 700-166 and 700-165? Do you understand me?

                        Re: DC 240 NVM

                        Try a Forced NVM Initialization:

Turn ON the power while pressing the Power Saver key, Stop key and 3 key.

Initializes the NVM of the configuration range (Printer Settings etc.) inside the Controller and starts up.

                        Then try changing it...
