        need help WC7545 always re booting.


        i tried already to reload firmware new version 06112120109701 by forced upgrade
        thru usb thumb drive but still not taking.

              Have you edoc and pws for machine ?
              May need the altboot procedure to reload the system sw.

                Has the SATA cable been replaced? If it is blue, replace it. Red is OK.
