[Misc] XEROX 700 - HELP

I have a Xerox 700 and I have light lines going horizontal across the 17" dimension they are several of them throughout the document. They seem to be appearing in the same place on all copies. Also there is a yellowish banding going in the opposite direction on all copies as well. What to do?

Yes, here they are. I noticed that the lines don't show as much on a text weight as they do on a cover weight, but they are definetly still there. Thank You.

run a full sheet if 11x17 with individual CMYK colors
and narrow it down to a specific color developer ,drum ,ibt charge roller
