[Error Code] Xerox M24 Error code 006-383 Machine repeatedly dying

Dear All,

We currently have an M24 machine which is repeatedly failing with error code 006-383. Instructions are to turn off the machine and then turn back on again.

We have had approximately 6 engineer visits over the past 3 weeks to try and fix and none have been successful. I get the impression the engineers are unable to fix this and the machine is not repairable. The last thing they tried was swapping the hard drive as they told me if it locks up this can cause the error.

If anyone could suggest something else that could be the cause and point me in the right direction of a fix it would be much appreciated.

Did they try to replace Laser Unit or MCU pwb?
Are you familiar with repairing machines?

Hi I'm only familiar with replacing bacis parts. I believe they've replaced the laser. I'll ask about the MCU pwb as we have an engineer due again this afternoon.

It's also now coming up with 010-398 ?

010-398 One of the fans. Probably fuser fan.
