    [CQ] CROSS PROCESS BANDING

vertical banding approx 30 to 45 mm spacing. Primary colors look ok, its when you run secondary colors get banding. Shows up
more prominently in 15 to 25% screen running a secondary color.

Cross process banding on all colors, replaced the following parts: 2nd BTR , yellow developer housing, IBT Belt, cleaner assembly.
Took out and inspected the following: developer drive assembly, IBT assembly, drum drive assembly. All look fine.

When running a 20% halftone of any secondary color the defect is present on the IBT belt before transfer. First BTR's were swaped with no improvement

I've seen many post from you on the same thing. Did you try a new drum(s) yet? I would try drums before messing with BTR and developer components.

          Re: CROSS PROCESS BANDING

          Your problem is color registration.
Printing primary color involve IBT and one drum. In that case everything is ok.
Printing one of secondary color invole IBT and minim two drums.
Before do you color registration check drive mechanism for IBT and drums
and clean the optical sensors from IBT.
