Xerox 8825: long thin strips of paper in the cutter blade area.

The Cutter Motor seems to have problems because it’s cutting every time a thin long strip into the Cutter Drawer area. (It seems the cutter motor is turning twice instead of once). In addition, C2-04 Refeed Roll Errors are very frequent.

Appreciate your advise or help, or tips how to fix...
