Xerox WC M24 Need Replace Consumables Display Massage

Hi,

I have one Xerox Workcentre M24 (Similar to Workcentre 1632/2240), it have a display massage that said "Need to Replace Consumables press Machine Status", I went to machine status and there is a Tab "Consumables"; but the machine doesn't allow to see or navigate thru Display Tabs to verify machine consumables. Also I can't navigate to any tab or touch screen options. There isn't any Maintenance Code or any other reference codes.

Please advice. Any comments will be really appreciated.

Have you administrator rights on this xerox machine ?

The machine is from a customer, I found the equipment as I describe. No operations or prints was performed by me.

Ask customer if know the administrator password.
In System Administrator Guide you will find how to setup the machine for you gain access at machine status menus.
Otherwise you need service manual for this machine.

In service mode you can reset administrator password or can print service report to see what consumables need to be replaced.

I'm planning to verify the higth frecuency maintenence status page.Any aditional suggestion?

Touch scren display is defective, it doen t allow confirm pasword to get SM acess.That's the reason witch I can't acess the consumables TAB at Machine Status Screen.As I can't witch consumable is needed the machina doesn't responde in any way.It can't be use as printer either.

Then you can use PWS to comunicate with machine.

It could be managed by network connection?
