[Error Code] Xerox 6121 MFP/S Fuser Failure code (0500)

Hello Guys..Needs some help again..My costumer just bought a new xerox phaser 6121 mfp/s.The machine ratings is 220-240 V and he just accidentally plug-in at 110 V..After that it shows up fuser failure code (0500) pls. turn of/on. And even I plug it to 220 the machine keep on flashing the code.My question is how to reset the fuser error? Tnx in advance..
