    DP65 265 PWS Diagnostic Connection

    Could anyone tell me how to hook up to a 265 and reset a fuser NVM.<br><br>I have the PWS,&nbsp; serial cable and USB to Serial converter.&nbsp; I just don't know the process involved.<br><br>Thanks!

      you have to have the "official" gsnlock to connect. Then you start a case in case management, then enable diagnostics for dcs40-65 in product tools.
