I agree on the missing magenta. I would say that it is either the flat cables or not getting the mirrors or lenses back in quite right. They just really shouldn't ever be removed from the ROS housing. Since not having the flat cables plugged or seated just right should generate an error code (not that I know form personal experience or anything!) I assume it is the mirrors and lenses. They may all be back in, and may be in the right location, but the angles or something might be off.
It's a bear getting to them, but I would recommend the OP swap the YM ROS with a known good one, if he has one he can swap with. That would answer the question pretty easily.
