[CQ] Xerox Phaser 8560, is it worth fixing?

I don't work on the Phaser's very often. But I have a good customer that asked me to take a look at an 8560. It was giving a message to add ink but the hoppers were full. I brought it back to the shop and pulled the hopper and dumped all the old cracked and broken up wax sticks out of it, cleaned it up and made a test print. But when I run a "Light Stripes Test" sheet about 25% of the cyan jets are not printing right. I ran several cleaning cycles and tried to reassign some of the jets, but it's just too far gone to fix that way. Maybe it needs a new print head? I saw one for $400+, should I just tell them to dump this thing and buy a new printer?

    Thanks for your help!
