xerox Phaser 6180 cover R the open

have a problem in 6180 mfp phaser, it presents the ADF cover open and R can notmake copies. already checked the board and sensor board scanner but I can notdiagnose what's wrong.
if any colleague who ran into this problem please give me a help.
