[Error Code] Xerox 214 Copier Error Code U9

Hi Folks,

I have a Xerox model 214 desktop coper which continues to send a U9 Error Code. I can copy a couple of pages and then I have to turn the copier off and on when the U9 Error Code appears in order to make additional copies. Can anyone tell me what causes a U9 Error Code? Thanks

The High Voltage Power Supply detects an over-current or over-voltage condition in the power supply output.
Check door contacts

Hi vetteguy,
check Transfer corotron and corotron wire.
Replace Transfer corotron if you have a new one, or with other.
