Doc 250 ibt belt off center

We have a Doc 250 here IBT coding out reset in NVRAM but no help.

Silver clear but noticed the belt was not at center to frame with respect to front and rear.

How do you release the tension to recenter the belt and can it be done with belt in place - if not what do you release to take whle IBT assy out?

Do not have the PWS for belt edge learn - but that is putting the cart in front of horser the belt is off center and I don't have the book on this one so I need to know which screws control tension on belt to re-center and whether I need to take out complete ibt assy to re-center and if yes what levers/screws release the ibt assy

You dont need the PWS to do belt edge learn but you need the service manual to know how to do that.
There is no screws control tension on belt.
The Xerox have another tehnique to maintain the belt in place.IBT_Assy.jpg

then what is the nvram code for belt edge learn - or are you trying to sell me a service manual?

if you are going to be working on this model I suggest you do get a manual

Thanks but this is just a trade in and I already figured out how to manually center the IBT belt so it is equal front and rear in relation to frame.

Now I just need to find, I assume, the 6 digit nvram code for belt edge relearn which I will if not here elsewhere

I think its only $7

He is a god of copiers repair so he dont need the service manual.
He knows already everything but only 1,2,... or 8 digits of nvm.

went into nvm sub system and belt relearn did not take error - putting in a new IBT belt tomorrow to fix problem. thanks to all for your help this thread is closed.
