[Misc] DocuColor 12 not registering

Today I had to print a few hundred pages at 4 up, but the image would not center so I had to run it at 2 up (only way i could get a work & back to work, though it didnt align it well..).. It seems like the paper slips inside the machine, not one copy is in the same position on the paper at output. What could be going on inside?

Any suggestions besides Manual Guy? Not saying he's not helpful. I don't know an awful lot about this machine and the company owner told me he wasent paying for it. Ain't that great? I'd rather pay 12 bucks for a manual versus service calls and what not!

These machines need full service every 1-2K.
If you're going to do it by yourself, at least you'll need service manual.

I do have documentation and the password for the PWSLOCK, It has all the schematics and what not PRoblem is im trying to figure out if its in here or what do they call it versus what I am calling it in press terms.

You dont need PWSLOCK. For this copier the service manual exists in pdf format.

Thats good to know. I only know what I'm told here guys... Haven't worked for this company long..
