14-376 Half Tone PWB Fail

There are couple solutions

First try to reseat plug p397 on halftone PWB.
Clean front door interlock.
No +5v at the Half tone PWB due to fuse 4 blown(5A/125v)on the Power Dist PWB. Check/replace fuse 4.
