    I did a hard stop and looked at belt. The image problem was on the belt. Have not found lasers yet to see if toner or ozone is blocking path.

      I think your problem is re-transfer. What happens is the already laid toner passes under the next relevant colour drum and toner is pulled from the IBT belt onto the drum but in an uneven manor and is worse on the edges than the middle.
      Replace 1st transfer rollers, this should help.
      To test you can disconnect the 1st transfer leads for CMK and then print yellow if it is ok then this is your problem( you can disconnect lead for any other color).

        Solved the issue at last.
        I did a bit of TRC adjustment,
        Then cleaned the ROS and its printing superbly now.
