xerox dc250, touchscren problem

Greetings to everyone,
After a day I used the printer when I let go again I could not use the touchscreen. All buttons on the monitor works but touchscreen does not receive any order. Room temperature is likely to be a problem? When I restarted it the next day were about 16 to 17 degrees. If you tell me which is the temperature range in which you can use this printer.

This is very common problem with those lcd's. First try to calibrate touchscreen (1+3+0 and power on). There is a pen behind screen. Touch intersections and pray that it work. If that doesn't help you'll have to change it.

Please tell me if you know which is the room temperature range that can work this printer. You may have deteriorated due to low temperatures?
I tried this method of calibration and does not work. Touchscreen not receive any order.

Environment temperature range of 60-75 deg. F, (16-24 C) , Relative Humidity range 20-40%
