Paper Jam Xerox Phase 6115 MFP

My Xerox Phase 6115 MFP keeps showing paper Jam everytime I print or make a copy. Then it tells me to open up the top cover to remove the paper jam.
When I make a copy or print, the paper comes about 98% and 2% (1 or 2 inches) of the paper is still in the copier, although it has passed the fuser unit. It keeps displaying paper jam everytime I make a copy. The copy would come out almost the whole way through then stop, leaving 1 inch of the paper still in the machine.
If anyone could help me, I would really appreciate it.

I tried doing more copies on the Xerox Phaser 6115MFP and once again it displayed the same message, but it also said "Paper Size Error"

      Screwdriver08,

the fault is with the exit roller in the machine.

if you look at the exit roller in the fuser, the gear some how came out of place

and only allow the exit roller assembly to make a few turns that result in a paper jam and paper exiting only

98%. That gears just snaps back in place.

        Thanks,
I will try and take a look at that.
Is there any way you can help me identify where that roller is at? Do you have a manual or pic of it that i might see.
        Thanks

Thanks for the help. I did take out the Fuser Unit, looked at the rollers (not so sure where the exit roller you mentioned is at) but did look at all the rollers and so far have not seen anything that is out of place. Although I notice something different now, when I make copies the part of the image is missing, the image is a bit off...the image is a bit late so most of the image is not on the paper.

            Thanks
