[CQ] Document Centre ColorSeries 50

Hi,

I have a customer with a Xerox Document Centre Color Series 50, This is my 3 rd machine of this class and I have not enough experience with those.

Data: This machine has a failure in copy quality only in B/W printing, colors are in good shape. In the Developer toner waste container was more or less more than a half if its capacity.
My customer said that he buy that machine refurbished from seller, I didn't know witch are the machine counter by now, but he said that he use the machine for aprox. 10,000 copies and that failure happen.

I'm attaching three files for your review.

Any suggestions will be really appreciated.

First is to check black developer unit and how it is positioning in raport with drum.
Second you need to check first btr for black from ibt assy.
You need service manual to see what adjustments to make.

Its related to Dispense Motor. Toner concentration of black is very low, Dispense Motor might not operate.
1. Try TRC Control DC922 up black

2. Check Dispense Motor ( component Ctrl tab DC330 009-031)

3. Replace Dispense Motor 127K21270 if needed

If you have already solve this problem, it would be usefull for somebody else

just in this case.
If something wrong with 1BTR it will cause the same problem with other colors.
