Good morning guys I have a solution for this problem its VERY EASY:

1-Get your old toner
2-take off the piece that you pull out the toner with when its in the printer.(OLD TONER)183058.jpg
3-now put the OLD piece on the NEW toner, and that's it.

So you should put the old piece on the NEW TONER and put the toner in the printer and it will work perfect




the reason is that it has a small chip inside and that is what the printer reads.

the simple truth is that the toner is not met for your region order the old part number and the problem will be solved

Well I did the copier fixed, they send me some reset chips to replace with the chips it came with and it worked. So one of my friends came over and told me to also take a look at her copier a Xerox WC 7132 with the error code 089-311, it states in the manual that I should get a new IBT Belt Unit, which we did and cost us almost a thousand dollars. We tried the new IBT belt and still the error 089-311 still pops up? anyone know what I should do?
