when we try to scan to a network drive it will say on the report it prints out;
UNABLE TO DETECT THE ORIGINAL TO BE SCANNED OR THE SIZE OF THE ORIGINAL
When we copy, print or fax it is fine. I reloaded firmware. Still says it.
Also it will pop up on the screen and say:
NETWORK SCANNING IS UNAVAIBLE. CHECK CABLING CONNECTIONS.
Any ideas Xerox guru?
