Opinion / experience with a Xerox Documate 3220 flatbed ADF scanner?
We have some particular small law firm needs involving limited space (height etc), need for a flatbed that has a non-problematic ADF for light but dependable scan to searchable PDF, scan to email etc use. (It would never have more than 10 pages in the ADF at one time..)
It will back up our commerical HP4345 and be for our office managers use in her office.
In researching the $300- $500 price range for such devices, the best we have come up with is the Xerox Documate 3220.
Does anyone have any real world experience with it and can give us an opinion of its dependability?
(We are so tired of devices with ADF's that one month after you buy them the ADF won't recognize one piece of paper in the feeder.)
