in pro 32 the display is blank

Did you try to upload or upgrade software before UI goes blank ?

i tried to connect diagnostic navigator thru usb but that didnot work.possibly iit software needs to be uploaded but i dont have it.

Where are you from ?
You can try to connect with altboot on serial port of the net controller and see what is there.
I think you have defective VPC board from net controller.
I ask you again if the UI goes blank after you reload or upgrade software /firmware ?

i am from jaipur,india.i did nothing regarding software/firmware upload,as i dont have it.it was at customers place ,in the morning when he switched on m/c didnot work and this problem was there.

thanks for the technical bulletins .m/c repaired.I removed the cards from controller, cleaned their connectors and refitted them.Then on switching on the m/c display start giving dots for which I used 108 &105 in navigator,and the m/c is up. thanks again for your help.

make sure you never turn the copier because the battry sounds like it might fail
