[Jamming] Xerox 425dc copies but won't push paper out

I am the network guy (but a lovely lady) for a small non-profit that got this Xerox 425dc donated about a year ago. It is old but we have been moving along well. In the last 6 weeks, it has died because I don't know what to do to fix the latest issue. It can't complete any copy jobs because the paper just just sits half way out instead of moving completely out. Replaced the fuser assembly but hasn't done anything.
    Suggestions out there?

From touch panel try to change the exit of the paper in left side exit tray.
On top of the fuser assy you have exit chute assy. The exit axles are driven by two electromagnetic clutches. Many problems with those clutches.

I use to clean it with alcohol, and it works for a couple months.

Thanks for all of this immediate feedback! Many more details this time. It does not show an actual error code it just sends the user to clear out the jam (which isn't there...) in the duplexing unit. With a usual caveat to contact system administrator if that does not work. The actual jam (of sorts) is in paper resting peacefully, half in and half out, at the exit point. Actually what occurs is once the duplex unit is ceremoniously reset, the machine will restart the job even if only a single copy has been requested.

Please detail where I can change the orientation of the exiting paper other than the tray orientation. I have done that as vertical and horizontal for standard paper sizes, but still the same result. Cleaned entire machine lovingly with alcohol, swabs and good nature. What to do about polarity/magnetic issue or identify if that is source of problem?

On this machine you have two exit tray:
central tray or right side tray which is default exit tray and left exit tray. You can choose which exit side you want from left of the touch panel in default copy menu.
Make single side copy / print and observe how the exit work.

Thanks for your help, Adriansto. At least, we are printing again. I moved the exit for the output to the left. Now, the question plagues me on the magnetic issue that was mentioned about the top exiter. Which part do I need to replace to resolve it or some other maintenance? I had tried reseating a few screws there but I was shooting in the dark. Is there a manual I can consult?

Yes is the service manual but I have it only in edoc format and you need pws to use the manual.
Electromagnetic clutch from exit chute assy is faulty. There are two clutches. YHe faulty one is with a large gear on it but I suggest to replace both clutches. You'll see the clutches, at rear of the printer, if you remove the narrow top cover just above the exit chute assy
