when the copier does not understand the font it will give you this error
try reloading the ps driver or try the pcl driver

This also happens to me, this type of error. It also happens with .Pdf that does not have text and fonts are not loaded. It 'really a problem loading data on the machine. Obviously it is better to install updated drivers.
