[Dead] Xerox Workcentre 5135 doesn't turn on

Hi,

I have this machine that my customer leave the machine full functional and when he came back to work and try to turn it on,
the machine only show the leds on for a few seconds and it shut down. (About two seconds)
No display at any moment, no cycle of the heating process, nothing at all.

Just a few seconds after turn it on the machine just doesn't respond.

Note: They have problems with voltage fluctuation in the area from the electric supply from the street.
Note: The machine was connected to a surge protector, but not the one that is for high power consumptions equipments.
I connect the machine directly from the wall outlet and nothing, same failure.

Any comments will be really appreciated.

LVPS. Replace the low voltage power supply. That line of xerox seem to have a frequent problem with the LVPS.
