[CQ] xerox 8825 plotter blank prints

Hi, Not sure if this is the right catagory to post a plotter issue, the problem i am having is after vacuuming the toner spill it is now printing blank (its not even dragging or streaking toner as the paper is coming out) copies are too clean, CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP WITH THIS ISSUE? THANK YOU VERY MUCH IN ADVANCE..(THE TRANSFER AND SEPERATION WIRES ARE PRESENT AND NOT BROKEN OR MISSING ) IT WAS PRINTING BEFORE I VACUUMED NEAR THE DRUM AREA .

i think this model uses a corona wire. check to see if its broken
