[CQ] Re printing problem in docu 12

I have a docu 12 and when i give print the matter is reprinted. I dont know why it is happening. When i give test print it is ok and when i give some other prints the print is reprinted. Can any one suggest the solution. Plz i have to solve the problem and i have been irritated with this printer.

sounds like it is off setting in the fuser....check that....confirm with a panic stop.
