    [Error Code] Fiery connection problem

I have a docucolor 252 with a fiery rip. Whe I go to command workstation to log into the machine I keep getting an error and the conection is lost. I log in to the I/P address and have the same issues, will not stay logged in long enough to do anything. I replaces the cat 5 wire and even the network hub. The maching has no error code and can copy from the glass just fine. Has anyone had this sort of issue?

Time for a new hard drive, it happens all the time.
Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder. They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.

Best thing to do is pay a tech, even if you get the software and manage to install it you won't have the patches and security updates that NEED to be done. Want your Fiery hacked and hosting porn sites? Laugh if you will, I've seen it happen.

I am a Tech, just don't have xerox fiery software. I work on KM most of the time, just have this xerox I need to get back up and running. Thanks for your help!

Then I owe you an apology. We get A LOT of end users on here wanting to do this stuff on there own. I just assumed you were one of them. I was going to say try the Konica OS for the fiery and see if that works.
                    Good luck.
