On my 2060 the fuser web has started to get wound around fuser heat roll so that it comes out between the donor roll and the pickup roll. This hasn't happened before but I've had it happen twice in the last three days. I'd be grateful for any hints at what I should be looking at to eliminate or reduce this problem.

Re: Fuser web gets wound around the fuser rolls on my DC2060
I'm not a Xerox expert, but I've seen this exact problem on Canon's, Kyocera's, and Panasonic's.
Canon's use a gear reduction with one-way bearings to advance the web. If the gears deteriorate from exposure to heat, or the one-way bearings start to slip, the web can be pulled off the roll by the rotation of the fuser. Don't bother trying to clean and re-lubricate the one-way bearings. Once they start slipping they're toast.
Kyocera's and Panasonic's use a small ratchet on the foam roller to prevent the web from unwinding. Either the tiny leaf spring can become bent, or the ratchet wheel will wear down. On Kyocera's the ratchet and pawl can be replaced, or the pawl re-formed. On Panasonic's I haven't had much luck with repairing the web advance mechanisms. You may have to replace the web assembly to get the ratchet and pawl working properly.
That should give you something to look at, anyway. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Yeah, Kyocera ratchet gear and pawl were part of my car-stock. I'm sure blackcat4866 is right on target, Toshiba uses the one ways but they give you a new set in the fuser maint kits.Comment

Re: Fuser web gets wound around the fuser rolls on my DC2060
the Fuser is not getting enough oil
then when you print with large amounts of coverage it pick off on the heatroller
oil assy and external heat roll and then eventually grabs the web
Replace the oil assy,wick,web,and filterComment
