can make a backup file to restore in my machine

You have to use dc361
select:
all mvn and save (select file location)

You can't use another nvm file for this error.
The cheaper method is to call Xerox. They dont charge you so much. Typical price for that procedure is arround 200 euro.
At this time it is a major chance to brick another pwb board and after that the price for repair will be huge.

but im not a xerox technical.
