Re: new to xerox
Hi, well i worked for konica minolta for just over 17 years and moved over to xerox about 2 years ago. It is quite tough getting to know the xerox machines if you havent grown up with them. In my opinion it is a very strong machine and very reliable the software is completely different to the minolta and some of their color machines is a bitch to change developer on but in general they are very technician friendly. I do still however still love minolta machines.Comment

Re: new to xerox
Like most other companies, its the common sense that does the work. Most of the xerox training can be done on your PWS, wich i personally think is exellent cause monday i have to go and service a 6204 wide format and i dont have clue on how to take out the drum and dev unit..... But thanks to my PWS and of cause the software i wont look like an idiot when i work on the machine.
P.s The above mentioned machine havent been serviced in +-3 years its a non contract customer and they wont regret ever buying this machine, they just add toner. As i mentioned earlier these are strong machines.Comment
