If I'm not mistaken, the error is caused to the motor present in the fuser assembly. I have the exact same problem and I solved it by changing the motor. I just have to check if the code is just the 10-380.

so. Code 10-356 concerns the motor located above the fuser, so it's not your case. The codes of faults ranging from 10-102 to 10-900 regarding the fuser.
