Xerox dc 250 misregistration and high magenta on all prints

    HI all,
i had a problem with my Dc 250 from last wednesday. It started by showing high magenta density on prints.
We cleaned the ros, tried to switch the drums, changed the IBT belt, Developer unit with out any success.
On trying to tone down, the magenta values donot change much but keeps jumping up each time you try to tone.
The tech advised us to clean the MOB ADC ASSEMBLY.Even after doing so we didnt experience any luck.

After trying to tone down. i lot the registration.
I tried to intialise NVm, run regicon. No luck at all.

Please help me out. i have attached frew pics.

Any asistance will b ehighly appreciated.

Do you have Fault Codes starting with 089-XXX? What are the errors from wednesday to today?

Since there are no errors in Error History Report, to see what version of software. Have you installed the Updates or Patches on Controler?

Did you check that the ROS is on correctly?

Are there factory settings for the regicon adjustment buried in the machine somewhere?Use them to start the registration adjustment -- worked for me on a 73 series I couldn't adjust. I'm sure you've checked the magenta dev bias, and made sure you don't have a partial short to ground for the charge, and you do have a short to ground from the inside of the drum, and the toner is oem, and dev housing is good, and other stuff I can't remember right now, like is there enough developer in the housing (severely overtoned and there is not enough dev to clean the background area of the drum)?

Managed to sort out the registration issue.
i reloaded the nvm using the pws
just r an the registration measurement cycle like 10 times and it just swung back into action.

But the problem of high magnets concentration still continues.

Still have the heavy magenta output on all prints.
