    xerox dc242 problem printing

    Hello,

I have a DC242 with fiery controller, when I print something from a computer or sending directly something from the fiery, i have a problem like you can see in the 3 photos.

I intempt to send something from pdf, photoshop, word, always the same thing.

In copy mode, no problem, all is OK, so i think a problem from cable or i don't know what.

If somebody had the same things.....

    Thank you.

    1) flip over and reseat the thick cable from fiery to machine
    2) reinstall fiery SW
    3) reset nvm in the machine...

    cheers...

Also take a look at the heatsink for processor.
