[Dead] CCM Board reprogramming

Hi!
Is there any way (except desoldering chip from CCM board and burning with programmer) to reprogram CCM Board. I misflashed my Copeland controller with Spore firmware and now even unable to connect to machine via WCPS. Altboot procedure won't helps of course, because it repairs only network controller software.

If the chip on a flash board is TE28F128 then you need an another board the chip is defect and can't be write even in a flash programmer.
