5675 Firmware Upgrade problems

Okay, firmware on unit is 021.120.039.00000
xerox site has 25.054.53.000. Thus the site has a newer one it appears. When we try to upgrade for client it will take the patch, but not the firmware. It spits out an error sheet saying incompatible software.

Any ideas?

The 21.xx software is for the multi controller board config, the 25.xx is for the single controller config. Does your 5675 have a network controller attached to the lower back part of the machine? If it does you need the 21 software.
