Re: WCP 65 error communicating to scanner
Then. I have the machine connected to the notebook. Yesterday I formatted the computer and I lost all the settings of my computer but not the machine! On the machine were the same as ever, that is, when the scan worked. So the problem is to configure the computer again. I do not remember what the technician did the first time!
I remember only that he could not configure it. In the end I only remember that he has enabled FTP from Windows settings and put the password in my Windows account. I did this procedure but does not work!Comment

Re: WCP 65 error communicating to scanner
You don't have defined the path in netork scanning default repository and network scanning template pool
If you use embedded ftp from WinXP the path is / xxxx or \xxxx.
/ or \ represent C:\Inetpub\ftproot and xxxx is a folder in ftproot folder where user enzo have write and read rights
Also in WebUI interface of machine you must enter the password for user enzo. This field don't appear in config report but it exist in WebUi interface.Comment

Re: WCP 65 error communicating to scanner
My friend, the file transfer to my computer does not work!
I put as the path: C: but it does not work! Also because it gives me error if I insert other paths, type C:\Documents and Settings\Enzo\Documenti\XEROX (this is the folder where I put the files). I think the problem is in computer that has lost the settings, even if I put all the same settings as before formatting.Comment
