Could anyone help with light black prints on a xerox c2535a printer, colors are fine, printer has done around 218k, have tried drum unit. When i do a dev refresh it gets even lighter. I dont work on many xerox printers so any help would be great.

If you mean 3535, the dev housing may be the culprit - drs is too tight. Should be about .027". (Developer roll spacing to the trimmer bar.)
