Hi, can anybody help me to resolve error code 10-320 on dc 5000,
may be nvm read/write value ?

The Fuser Belt Latch Motor failed to start rotating within the required time limit.
You may need pws tool to troubleshot that

I thought the 010-320 was a fuser overheat fault. Yes, that is a standard NVM over write after the problem is fixed. Agreed about the PWS being there may not be a internal diagnostics service mode.

Thanks for the answers ! That realy sound logical, because i replase the fuser belt before that.
Any suggestions, how can we get a service manual and pws tool !
