Xerox 2240 Fault has occured NO ERROR CODE SHOWN

Machine boots up, then just says "fault has occured" and of course it won't copy or print, just scans. Client states it just happened, (of course it did ) No error showing on main screen or in faults. In fact FAULTS is greyed out.
I have heard it could be a bad fuser.

Any thoughts?

Connect with PWS and read fault code.
I believe you have problem with Fuser Fan.
