    Ok thanks, just pulling the plug then, replacing iot board is going to be too expensive...

      According to Eureka on old style 535 with that problem you should replace IOT PWB.

        Workcentre 5645 will not power off

        I have a WorkCentre 5645 that works well, but it will not power off using the power button. It will power up using the power button, so it seems the power button is functioning... I have initialized NVM but that didn't help. Any suggestions?
