The net scanning feature is an option for this machine. To enable ( reenable ) this option you must use SIM card who came with this feature option.

Is there a scan to email function enabled on your machine also? If there is then maybe the option was disabled in administration settings. Are there 2 PCI cards in the controller? If there are then maybe the one with the wide cable came out of it's slot. If there is just a firewire card in the controller then you might have a bad ram stick. What is the software level of the printer?

There is no scan to email enabled and never was, there is only one PCI card in the controller with firewire conector, the software is : 040.33.53050 One more thing : when this machine was working fine i take out the Hard Drive and make an "Image" of the whole drive, i already re-load the whole image into the Hard Drive and still the same problem "Network scaning" function missed . Thanks for your help !

Pull out tray1 and one the right side of the tray is a little cover. Open the cover and in storage compartment will see two sheets of paper and the sim card. You also may try same thing on tray2

I found the sim cards !, i have 3 sim cards, scan/email ( 301k15390) , JBA ( 301k15420 ) and B1 Key ( 98S04876 ). What i need to do with them ?

Back left side of the machine where the cables go on you'll find a place to insert the sim. Insert the scan/email sim and the green led will flash. After that you can remove the sim and the scan option should be available on UI display.
