[Error Code] Code 077-909

I've a big problem, the code is persistent. the machine has had a multiple paper jam between bypass (5) tray to the fuser. I removed and tried with another fuser and still gives me error. I've also tried to power cycle.

Help me please. Thanks

The machine is Xerox Color 550/560

The fault code says that you have a paper under registration assy, check or clean from dust if you have.
